Every meaningful organization begins with a purpose. SWFL Aging Solutions was created from a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to navigate aging or the business of caring for aging adults alone.
After nearly two decades working in healthcare leadership, consulting, senior-care program development, and hands-on family support, founder Susan Nimnuan witnessed the same challenges repeating themselves across Southwest Florida and beyond. Families were overwhelmed by complex care decisions, fragmented systems, and emotional stress. At the same time, senior-care organizations were striving to deliver exceptional care while facing staffing shortages, operational strain, and increasing industry demands.
Despite the dedication and passion on both sides, something was missing. Families needed clarity and coordination. Professionals needed structure, strategy, and sustainable systems. The gap between healthcare expertise and the human experience of aging was growing wider.
SWFL Aging Solutions was created to bridge that gap.
